We are looking for suitable candidates to fill a senior position of Director of Business Development.
The ideal candidate will direct the business development activities of the organization and drive the sales business. They play a key role in the company and in the generation of new business.
Responsibilities:
- Identify and target high net worth individuals, family offices, funds, and corporates facing dispute situations or in need of litigation management and asset recovery services.
- Acquire new clients through networking, leveraging existing contacts, and referrals through networking.
- Expand existing client relationships to maximise business opportunities by understanding their evolving needs and offering tailored solutions.
- Conduct contract negotiations with clients, ensuring mutually beneficial agreements.
- Develop and maintain strong client relationships, acting as a trusted advisor.
- Promote the company's expertise in litigation management and asset recovery and highlight its success in delivering results.
- Collaborate closely with the company director to align business development strategies, providing regular updates on progress and business development activities.
- Travel extensively to meet existing and prospective clients, attend conferences, and represent the company.
- Work independently, demonstrating initiative and self-motivation.
Qualifications and Experience:
- Master's degree in economics and/or business.
- Extensive experience in international business practices and contract negotiations.
- Knowledge of working with lawyers on complex transactions and legal documentation.
- Proven track record in expanding businesses and acquiring new clients.
- Strong project management skills to effectively manage multiple client relationships and deliver results within budget and timelines.
- Fluent in English and Russian, with proficiency in other European languages.
- Excellent communication and networking abilities.
