What We Do
We seeks to advise third party clients on all aspects of managing their litigation processes, on tracing assets of their opponents and other aspects of recovery processes. Our goals are:
- To create an efficient interface between the client who holds legal claims and various teams involved in the process of pursuing claims;
- To provide professional service for day-to-day management of the process.
The Technical Stuff
To achieve these goals we propose to:
- Assess the substance and the procedural status of a client’s legal matters, including meeting the legal team, if already in place
- Assist the client in understanding what is involved in the legal process in the appropriate jurisdiction; the client’s role and expected participation in the process
- Assist the client in selecting the appropriate legal team (solicitors/barristers) and corporate investigators
- Work with the legal team to identify all relevant issues and present to the client an overall strategy for a successful pursuit of the claim
- Assist the client to identify any disclosure, document management, witness and forensic issues, including matters of PR
- Assist the client to negotiate legal fees and impose a budget and operational control over legal and other expenses
- Otherwise manage the day-to-day running of the process on behalf of the client
